Lifetime Membership Tiers & Rates

Junior Life (Ages 13 and under): $100 total, payable in annual installments of $25 or more.

Youth Bronze Life (Ages 14–20): $400 total, payable in annual installments of $80.

Silver Life (Ages 21 and older): $1,000 total, or payable as $100 per year for 10 years.

Gold Life (Available after Silver): $2,000 total, or payable as $200 per year for 10 years.

Diamond Life (Available after Gold): $3,000 total, or payable as $300 per year for 10 years.
