Event information: NAACP Branch 1034 Lake Elsinore/Southwest Riverside County Juneteenth Celebration

Cost for vendor booth: $100 (no food vendors allowed)

**Licensing and permit requirements:

1. If you live in, or your business is based in the City of Lake Elsinore, a current Lake Elsinore Business License is required -- if you are selling items. If you are not selling items, you will only need a vendor permit (link is listed below point 2.)

2. If you do NOT live in or your business is NOT based in the City of Lake Elsinore, a Temporary Business Permit for the Juneteenth Celebration is required if you will be selling items. If you are not selling items, you will need a vendor permit.

Terms & Conditions: NAACP Branch 1034 and Diamond Stadium reserve the right to deny the vendor's request once the application is reviewed by staff. You will be contacted if there is some reason we cannot process your application. Booth space is not guaranteed until all necessary paperwork and payment is received. The undersigned applicant acknowledges that they will receive one vendor space with a 6 foot table provided by the venue along with chairs. The space is covered, so no shade canopy is needed. Vendors must unload their booth at least one hour before event at curb and then move their vehicles to parking area.
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Lake Elsinore, Diamond Stadium and NAACP Branch 1034, its agents, representatives, officers, volunteers, and employees from all damages, liabilities, costs and expenditures, including attorney fees and costs for defense, which may occur due to participation in the Juneteenth Celebration.
All vendors must be completely set up by 4pm and are asked to not break down their displays until after 8pm. It is the vendor's responsibility to remove all trash in their area before leaving.
